No entanto, tem-se dificuldade na obten\u00e7\u00e3o de dados para quantifica\u00e7\u00e3o da carga a qual uma articula\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 submetida, o que se torna especialmente importante tratando-se da articula\u00e7\u00e3o do joelho, visto que a articula\u00e7\u00e3o tibiofemoral \u00e9 bastante suscet\u00edvel a les\u00f5es traum\u00e1ticas por ser submetida a esfor\u00e7os elevados, pois localiza-se entre os dois maiores ossos do corpo humano (f\u00eamur e t\u00edbia) (PELLIZZARO, BERNARDES, LOSS, 2009). Nesse sentido, an\u00e1lises de din\u00e2mica inversa em tal articula\u00e7\u00e3o s\u00e3o importantes para o entendimento de diferentes aspectos, como carga em ligamentos, demanda muscular&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Por exemplo, essas an\u00e1lises, nos permitem saber que, durante a corrida, o papel dos extensores de tornozelo e joelho \u00e9 criar rigidez articular elevada antes e durante a fase de contato, enquanto os extensores de quadril s\u00e3o os principais impulsionadores para frente do corpo com velocidade de corrida crescente (BELLI, A.; KYR\u00d6L\u00c4INEN, H.; KOMI 2002). Tais informa\u00e7\u00f5es podem auxiliar na escolha da interven\u00e7\u00e3o adequada para melhorar o desempenho, ou aumentar a estabilidade durante a corrida, prevenindo les\u00f5es, como a tendinopatia patelar, principalmente se forem aliadas ao conhecimento das vari\u00e1veis ligadas a essa disfun\u00e7\u00e3o. Nesse sentido, a literatura destaca: grandes valores de torques invers\u00e3o-evers\u00e3o do tornozelo, de rota\u00e7\u00e3o tibial externa, de torque extensor do joelho e de flex\u00e3o plantar, al\u00e9m de altos valores de for\u00e7as de rea\u00e7\u00e3o do solo verticais (RICHARDS et al., 2002).<br \/>Com rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao LCA, a din\u00e2mica inversa traz informa\u00e7\u00f5es com rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 demanda gerada em cadeia cin\u00e9tica aberta, sem carga externa. Pellizzaro, Bernardes e Loss (2009) afirmam que o LCA atua durante todo movimento de flexo-extens\u00e3o do joelho, de 5 a 80 graus de flex\u00e3o, tendo seu pico m\u00e1ximo de for\u00e7a em 30 graus. A partir desse resultado, a escolha de exerc\u00edcios para pessoas que necessitem enfoque no LCA, seja por situa\u00e7\u00e3o p\u00f3s-cir\u00fargica, ou preventiva, passa a ser realizada de maneira mais direcionada e segura, permitindo adapta\u00e7\u00f5es adequadas, at\u00e9 mesmo para quem \u00e9 popula\u00e7\u00e3o de risco para les\u00f5es e rompimentos (PELLIZZARO, BERNARDES, LOSS, 2009). Al\u00e9m disso, a din\u00e2mica inversa \u00e9 apontada como o m\u00e9todo mais abrangente que d\u00e1 acesso \u00e0s for\u00e7as conjuntas e torques associados \u00e0 carga nos componentes prot\u00e9ticos (DUMAS, CHEZE, FROSSARD, 2009), auxiliando em seu desenvolvimento e adapta\u00e7\u00e3o.<br \/>Os exemplos abordados reafirmam, dentre outras possiblidades de uso, a diversidade de ambientes e contextos onde a din\u00e2mica inversa pode nos levar a uma interven\u00e7\u00e3o mais efetiva. Entender as varia\u00e7\u00f5es das cargas impostas, ao longo da amplitude articular, al\u00e9m de um grande diferencial no mercado, \u00e9 a forma mais segura de escolha de conduta, em uma pr\u00e1tica realmente baseada em evid\u00eancias.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Texto por: Me.
