A medi\u00e7\u00e3o direta de tais esfor\u00e7os \u00e9 realizada atrav\u00e9s de sensores colocados cirurgicamente (Bergman et al,1993; D\u2019Lima et al, 2005). Por\u00e9m, al\u00e9m de invasiva, tal instrumenta\u00e7\u00e3o possui um custo alt\u00edssimo, e exige t\u00e9cnicas de implanta\u00e7\u00e3o muitas vezes inacess\u00edveis at\u00e9 mesmo para laborat\u00f3rios que desenvolvem pesquisas dentro de Universidades. \u00c9 a partir desse cen\u00e1rio que a din\u00e2mica inversa ganha destaque como alternativa de estimar for\u00e7as e torques internos de maneira indireta por meio de modelos.<\/p>\n<p>Modelos s\u00e3o representa\u00e7\u00f5es simplificadas de sistemas complexos, uma vez que, reduzindo a complexidade pode-se aumentar o conhecimento, mesmo que sejam necess\u00e1rias algumas suposi\u00e7\u00f5es. Os modelos biomec\u00e2nicos descrevem os movimentos humanos por meio de equa\u00e7\u00f5es, uma vez que as leis da mec\u00e2nica regem tais movimentos (McGINNIS, 2015). Nesse sentido, a din\u00e2mica inversa, como o nome sugere, inverte rela\u00e7\u00e3o causa-efeito. Mas o que exatamente isso significa? Pela segunda lei de Newton, se voc\u00ea conhece a for\u00e7a (causa), pode calcular a acelera\u00e7\u00e3o (efeito) &#8211; a esse processo, chamamos de din\u00e2mica direta. J\u00e1 na din\u00e2mica inversa, conhecendo o efeito (acelera\u00e7\u00e3o), estima-se a causa (for\u00e7a).<\/p>\n<p>Em outras palavras, a partir do conhecimento de par\u00e2metros externos, como a acelera\u00e7\u00e3o medida em um marcador de cinemetria, ou aceler\u00f4metro, ou mesmo da for\u00e7a mensurada em uma plataforma de for\u00e7a ou c\u00e9lula de carga, pode-se, por exemplo, estimar a carga interna articular ao realizar um movimento, como do tornozelo, ou do joelho ao caminhar, correr, saltar&#8230; Dependendo da abordagem aplicada, pode-se ainda inferir a preval\u00eancia dos esfor\u00e7os sobre estruturas articulares espec\u00edficas, como cartilagens e ligamentos, mesmo em movimentos de cadeia cin\u00e9tica aberta (LOSS et al., 2006).<\/p>\n<p>Ou seja, a din\u00e2mica inversa \u00e9 um m\u00e9todo amplamente utilizado que estima esfor\u00e7os internos, como cargas articulares ou mesmo for\u00e7as musculares, a partir de dados externos ao corpo, como a for\u00e7a aplicada em um implemento, ou a acelera\u00e7\u00e3o de determinado segmento. Entender essas for\u00e7as, torques e cargas permite uma escolha mais apropriada de cada movimento, seja para reduzir o risco e les\u00f5es, seja para uma reabilita\u00e7\u00e3o segura e adequada.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Texto por: Me.
