A estabilometria \u00e9 um m\u00e9todo de avalia\u00e7\u00e3o do equil\u00edbrio postural do corpo humano por meio da quantifica\u00e7\u00e3o de suas oscila\u00e7\u00f5es, medindo-se os n\u00edveis de estabilidade de um sujeito parado em posi\u00e7\u00e3o ereta.<\/p>\n<p>A vari\u00e1vel mais comumente utilizada para analisar as oscila\u00e7\u00f5es do corpo humano \u00e9 a posi\u00e7\u00e3o do centro de press\u00e3o, o COP (do ingl\u00eas, Center Of Pressure), que \u00e9 o ponto de aplica\u00e7\u00e3o da resultante das for\u00e7as agindo na superf\u00edcie de suporte. O deslocamento do COP representa um somat\u00f3rio das a\u00e7\u00f5es do sistema de controle postural e da for\u00e7a da gravidade. (Duarte, 2000).<\/p>\n<h4>Par\u00e2metros da avalia\u00e7\u00e3o estabilom\u00e9trica<\/h4>\n<p>Dura\u00e7\u00e3o do teste: intervalo de tempo em que s\u00e3o coletados os dados do teste estabilom\u00e9trico. Unidade: segundos.<\/p>\n<h3>Dados do COP (ponto de aplica\u00e7\u00e3o da resultante das for\u00e7as agindo na superf\u00edcie de suporte):<\/h3>\n<p>Posi\u00e7\u00f5es m\u00e9dias do COP (centro de press\u00e3o) X e Y: posi\u00e7\u00f5es m\u00e9dias dos percursos desenvolvidos pelos centros de press\u00e3o nos eixos: m\u00e9dio-lateral (X) e \u00e2ntero-posterior (Y), em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao ponto central da imagem dos p\u00e9s. Unidade: mm.<br \/>Desvios Padr\u00e3o X e Y: varia\u00e7\u00e3o existente em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 m\u00e9dia. Um desvio padr\u00e3o baixo (em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 m\u00e9dia) indica que os dados tendem a estar pr\u00f3ximos da m\u00e9dia j\u00e1 um desvio padr\u00e3o alto (em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 m\u00e9dia) indica que os dados est\u00e3o espalhados entre diversos valores. Unidade: mm.<br \/>Dist\u00e2ncia percorrida pelo COP: trajeto percorrido pelas oscila\u00e7\u00f5es desenvolvidas pelo centro de press\u00e3o. Unidade: mm.<br \/>Velocidade m\u00e9dia: m\u00e9dia das velocidades atingidas durante o trajeto das oscila\u00e7\u00f5es do centro de press\u00e3o. Unidade: mm\/s.<br \/>Superf\u00edcie da elipse: superf\u00edcie determinada pela \u00e1rea da elipse de confian\u00e7a que cont\u00e9m 90%* dos pontos mais pr\u00f3ximos do conjunto de pontos representados pelas posi\u00e7\u00f5es sucessivas do COP. Unidade: mm\u00b2.<br \/>* Esta porcentagem pode ser diferente dependendo do crit\u00e9rio de avalia\u00e7\u00e3o.<br \/>Dist\u00e2ncia\/Superf\u00edcie (LSF): Este par\u00e2metro avalia o comprimento percorrido pelo COP no interior de uma mesma \u00e1rea. \u00c9 uma compara\u00e7\u00e3o entre os valores experimentais de dois par\u00e2metros (comprimento e superf\u00edcie) na forma de um quociente entre o comprimento medido pelo comprimento calculado a partir da superf\u00edcie. Unidade: adimensional (quociente)**.<br \/>** Unidade adimensional \u00e9 um n\u00famero que n\u00e3o apresenta uma unidade de medida, pois estas se cancelam no processo de c\u00e1lculo do quociente.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;3.18.2&#8243;]<\/p>\n<h4>\u00cdndices de Romberg<\/h4>\n<p>O coeficiente de Romberg \u00e9 a raz\u00e3o (quociente) entre dois par\u00e2metros posturais em condi\u00e7\u00f5es diferentes. Estas condi\u00e7\u00f5es s\u00e3o: olhos abertos e olhos fechados. Alguns dos par\u00e2metros em que comumente \u00e9 calculado o \u00edndice de Romberg s\u00e3o: Superf\u00edcie, Velocidade e Dist\u00e2ncia.
