No entanto, no momento que o atleta apresenta mais condicionamento, ele pode escolher um padr\u00e3o de pisada e depois autodeterminar.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Esse assunto se relaciona com o m\u00fasculo mais atenuador de impacto durante a corrida, o quadr\u00edceps.
